Essential Planning

• Develop a budget.
• Develop a timeline for given tasks.
• Provide professional vendor suggestion and review contracts previously conferred
• Accompany bride and groom to ceremony and reception sites and additionally to professional vendor appointments.
• Prepare a vendor payment timeline.
• Prepare a list of all contracted vendors.
• Develop week of and day of wedding timeline.
• Make arrangements for out of town guests.

2 Weeks Prior to the Wedding

• Contact professionals with reminder phone calls. Set up and attend final appointments with all vendors including reception site.
• Contact all of the bridal party participants to discuss details related to the rehearsal and the wedding day.
• Distribute schedule of events to family, bridal party, and friends.

Ceremony Rehearsal

• Assist with directing the ceremony.
• Direct flow of bridal party and review roles of participants.
• Discuss details with the Officiate.
• Gather specific items necessary for actual ceremony (i.e. candles, programs, bubbles, etc).
